The Southeast Milk, Inc. Leadership Experience – or SMILE, as we like to call it – is the premier young farmer leadership development program within the southeastern US. Each year, our member services team builds a unique program aimed to develop our young dairy farmers into the next generation of agribusiness leaders of tomorrow.

SMILE Leadership Program

Each year, speakers are brought in to focus on personal & professional development, creative business strategies, and more. We also want our attendees to have fun, because stimulating learning & collaboration is much easier when everyone is having a good time. Most importantly, SMI is able to put this event on for its members at no cost thanks to the generous support of our numerous partners.
